Ludo needs no introduction in India — and it is one of the most played games in the Drem lobby. Two titles are listed in the Casino tab: Ludo, marked HOT, and Ludo Win, marked NEW.
Where to find Ludo on Drem
- Open the Casino tab.
- Look in the Hot Picks row, or scroll to the Casino row — Ludo and Ludo Win are both there.
- Tap the tile to open the game, then choose a table.
Ludo rules
The online game follows the board game you already know.
- Each player has four tokens that start in the yard.
- You roll a single die. A six brings a token out onto the board and earns another roll.
- Tokens travel clockwise around the track, then up the home column of their own colour.
- Landing on an opponent’s token captures it and sends it back to the yard.
- Tokens on a safe square — usually marked with a star — cannot be captured.
- A token needs an exact roll to reach home. The first player to bring all four home wins.
How online Ludo differs
A full game on a board can last an hour. Online versions shorten it, typically with a turn timer and either a time limit or a points target, so that a game is over in minutes. Stakes and prizes are set per table. Open the rules or info panel inside the game before you play — it shows the exact format, the entry and what the winner receives.
Ludo strategy
- Get tokens out early. A token in the yard cannot score or threaten anyone.
- Spread your moves. Advancing one token alone leaves you with no options when you roll badly.
- Count the gap. A token sitting one to six squares in front of an opponent can be captured on the next roll. Seven or more is safe for a turn.
- Use safe squares as stepping stones when opponents are close behind.
- Capture when you can. Sending a token back costs your opponent far more than the squares you gain.
- Do not rush the last token. Near home, an exact roll is needed — keep another token in play so a wasted roll still moves something.
