7Up 7Down on Drem
On this page
7Up 7Down is a dice game most Indian players know from fairs and festivals. On Drem it sits in the casino row with a HOT label. Two dice are rolled, and you bet on the total.
The three bets
| Bet | Wins when the total is | Winning combinations | Chance |
|---|---|---|---|
| 7 Down | 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 | 15 of 36 | 41.7% |
| 7 Up | 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12 | 15 of 36 | 41.7% |
| Lucky 7 | Exactly 7 | 6 of 36 | 16.7% |
Seven is the most common single total with two dice, but it is still only one total against five on each side. That is why “7” pays more than “Up” or “Down” — and why it loses more often.
How to play 7Up 7Down
- Choose your stake.
- Place it on 7 Up, 7 Down or 7 before the betting timer runs out.
- The dice are rolled and winning bets are paid at the rate shown on the table.
What the odds tell you
- Up and Down each win a little under 42% of the time — less than half, because every roll of seven beats them both.
- There are no hot or cold streaks. Six “Downs” in a row do not make “Up” more likely.
- Check the payout for each bet on the game’s table before you start; it is what decides the return, and it can differ between versions.
